社会支持对新生代农民工主观幸福感的影响

Relationship among the Social Support and Subjective Well-being of New-generation Rural Migrant Workers

以新生代农民工为调查对象,采用社会支持行为问卷、主观幸福感问卷收集数据以了解新生代农民工的社会支持和其主观幸福感之间的关系。结果显示:社会支持对新生代农民工的主观幸福感有显著影响,社会支持水平越高,相应地他们的主观幸福感越高;不同方式的社会支持对主观幸福感的影响程度不同。

The research analyzed the relationship among social support and subjective well-being of surveyed new-generation rural migrant workers, using the method of ISSB and SWBS-CC20 to collect data. The results showed that there was a significant correlation among social support and SWB, and emotional support has a more significant correlation with SWB than instrumental support and informational support .
