摘要 随着国内石油大多进入开采中后期,动态监测目前剩余油量变得越来越重要了。因此,油田对瞬变电磁法的仪器设备的需求也日见紧迫。在该类仪器设备中,大功率电磁脉冲场源以其效果好,成本低等优点,在国内油田被逐渐推广使用。针对井下装备对空间、耐温要求高的需求,该文应用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术及IPM智能功率模块的驱动技术并以STM32单片机为微控制器,为脉冲场源设计了一种能在井下稳定、快速充电的储能装置,同时可以实现充电电流和电压的检测。 As most domestic oilfields entered middle and later periods of the mining,dynamic monitoring the residual oil quantity is becoming more and more important.Therefore,transient electromagnetic method e- quipment need in the oil filed is also becoming more and more urgent.In this kind of instruments and equip- ment,high power electromagnetic pulse source for its effect is good,low cost advantages,they are gradually promoted in the use of domestic oilfields.Considering the downhole equipment demand for space,high tem- perature resistant requirements,we apply the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM),intelligent power module IPM drive technology and use STM32 microcontroller for the design of a pulsed-field sources in un- derground stable,fast charging energy storage devices,which can realize the charging current and voltage detection.
