Combined with the writer＇s understanding of GJB9OOIB Quality Management Systems Require- ments and GJB1406A Product Quality Assurance Program Requirements,as well as the writer＇s actual ex- perience in quality management of weaponry development and production,this paper focuses on the qual- ity assurance program＇s problems lacking in performability,maneuverability and timeliness,and then it dis- cusses how to write and implement the projects quality assurance program.
