控制器控制方式对永磁电机电磁场影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究控制器不同控制方式对永磁电机的影响,以一台注塑用永磁伺服电机为研究对象,根据电机实际结构与控制参数,建立了两种控制策略的永磁伺服电机二维瞬态有限元场路耦合模型。分析了两种控制方式下电机相电压、电枢电流波形及其谐波含量情况,研究了方波控制与正弦波控制两种控制方式对电机定子齿部磁密与气隙磁密的影响。最后,永磁伺服电机正弦波控制计算结果与实测结果对比,证明了计算方法的准确性。该研究为永磁伺服电机选择控制方式提供了参考依据。 To study the effect of different control methods on the permanent magnet motor, taking a servo motor used in injection as a object ,according to the actual structure of the motor and control parameters, two-dimensional finite element transient field-circuit coupling model was established with two permanent magnet servo motor control strategies. The phase voltage and armature current waveform and harmonic content of the motor were analyzed under the case of two control meth- ods. The influence of square wave and sine wave control methods on the motor stator tooth flux density and flux density of the air gap were also studied. The accuracy of the calculation method was proved by comparing permanent magnet servo mo- tors calculate under sinusoidal control with measured results. The research content of this paper is to provide a reference for selecting permanent magnet servo motor control scheme.
