双定子单转子旋转型行波超声电动机转子的优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对双定子单转子旋转型超声电动机工作时定、转子接触面积过小的问题,对电机转子进行柔性设计;采用有限元法建立定转子接触模型,进行静力学和动力学分析;得到了转子的接触压力分布和电机的转矩-转速特性,并与刚性转子进行比较;结果表明,柔性转子在性能上优于刚性转子。仿真结果对双定子单转子旋转型超声电动机的设计具有重要指导意义。 The objective of this paper is to design the rotor of the ultrasonic motor with double stators and single rotor, because the contact area of rotor and stator is too small. The model of stator contact was established by finite element meth- od, and the analysis result of statics and dynamics was achieved. Compare with rigid rotor by using contact pressure distri- bution of the rotor and motor torque-speed characteristics, the results show that flexible rotor is better than rigid rotor on performance. The result is useful in designing and analyzing the ultrasonic motor with two stators and single rotor.
