摘要
介绍了电枢换向器表面镀钯工艺,研究了换向器表面镀钯后电枢性能的变化。镀钯后电枢电阻阻值变化稳定、抗氧化和硫化能力增强、耐磨损和耐腐蚀得到显著提升。
The process of palladium plating on the surface of commutator was introduced and the armature performance after palladium plating was studied. Experiment results show that the resistance change of armature after palladium plating is stable, and its performance of anti-oxidation, anti-sulfuration, anti-friction and anti-corrosion is significant improved.
