摘要 绩效工资分配在公立医院经济管理中是一个重点和难点问题。某省属医院经过长期探索,以该省人事和收入分配制度改革的有关精神为依据,广泛征求意见,建立起适应自身发展要求的较为科学的奖励性绩效工资分配制度。绩效工资分配方案在制定和实施过程中应重点关注方案的指导原则和保障机制问题,充分调动全院职工的工作积极性和主动性,改善服务水平,促进医院发展。 The Performance - Based Pay is one of the focal and difficult issues in economic management of the public hospitals. Based on the related regulations from the reform on personnel and income distribution system in Jiangsu Province, the author' s hospital has developed a scientific merit and performance - based pay system after exploration over a long period of time and wide consultation. During the development and implementation of the performance - based pay system, importance should be attached to the principles of guidance and security mechanism, full mobilization of the enthusiasm and initiative of staffs and workers of the hospital, improvement of service and the development of the hospital.
