摘要
以贺兰山紫蘑菇为材料,研究石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物和水提物对乳腺癌231细胞的抑制效果,通过乙醇浸提以及有机溶剂萃取等步骤得到各有机相后,采用MTT法筛选各相萃取物抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:贺兰山紫蘑菇石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物对乳腺癌231细胞均有抑制作用,石油醚萃取物效果最佳,在浓度为0.225 mg/m L时抑制率可达96.99%。而水相提取物对癌细胞抑制作用较弱。
Taking Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus as materials , the inhibitory effect of petroleum ether , ethyl acetate , n-butanol extract and water extract on 231 breast cancer cells was studied.Obtained the organic phase by ethanol extraction and organic solvent extraction steps , anti-tumor activity of each phase of extracts extracted by MTT method was screened.The result showed that Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus petroleum ether , ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts on 231 breast cancer cells had inhibitory effect , the petroleum ether extract had the best effect , inhibition rate was up to 96.99%when the concentration was 0.225 mg/mL, but the water extract had weaker inhibition of cancer cell.
