摘要
以贺兰山紫蘑菇为材料,分离分析并鉴定其化学成分,提高该菌经济价值,通过有机溶剂提取,色谱分离分析、重结晶等方法提取分离单体化合物,并通过核磁共振分析、二维谱图分析技术对其化学成分进行结构鉴定。结果表明:分离鉴定了3个化合物,且通过核磁共振谱图鉴定其结构分别为大黄素甲醚,洋芹素-7,4'-二甲醚和愈创木基丙三醇,其中洋芹素-7,4'-二甲醚和愈创木基丙三醇为首次从紫蘑菇中分离得到。
Chemical composition of Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus was isolated , analyzed and identified to improve the economic value of the strain.The compounds were extracted and separated by organic solvent extraction , chromatographic separation and analysis , recrystallization.The structure of compound was elucidated by NMR including two-dimensional spectral analysis technique.The results showed that three compounds were isolated and identified , their structures were identified as physcion , apigenin-7,4'-DME and guaiacylglycerol by NMR spectrum analysis , respectively.Apigenin-7, 4'-DME and guaiacylglycerol were isolated from C.rufo-olivaceus for the first time.
