双波长高效液相色谱法检测虎杖中活性成分 被引量:3

摘要 以乙腈和水为流动相,流速1 mL/min,检测波长为306 nm和440 nm,建立了同时测定虎杖提取液中的反式白藜芦醇、反式白藜芦醇苷、大黄素含量的高效液相色谱法。结果表明:在建立的色谱条件下,反式白藜芦醇及苷与大黄素的线性范围为0.12~20 mg/L,0.15~20 mg/L,0.10~20 mg/L。在此范围内各物质的线性关系良好。最低检出限分别为0.8 mg/L、0.7 mg/L、0.75 mg/L,平均回收率分别为100.2%、100.8%、103.3%, RSD分别为1.197%、1.466%、2.469%。 The determination of the trans knotweed extract resveratrol was established , trans resveratrol glucoside , emodin content in high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) at the same time with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, flow rate of 1 mL/min, detection wavelength of 306 nm and 440 nm.The research showed under the established conditions, linear range of trans-resveratrol and glucoside and emodin were 0.12 ~20 mg/L, 0.15 ~20 mg/L and 0.10~20 mg/L.Linear relationship of the matter were good in the rage.The limit of detection were 0.8 μg/mL, 0.7 μg/mL and 0.75 μg/mL, the average recovery rate were 100.2%, 100.8% and 103.3%, RSD were 1.197%, 1.466%and 2.469%.
