汽轮机调节汽阀卡涩故障原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 阐述并分析了乙烯装置国产汽轮机调节汽阀的结构及特点,对汽阀卡涩的原因进行了简要的分析。结合实际工况,分析了其卡涩原因(如调节汽阀阀杆弯曲、控制油油路堵塞、错油门滑阀表面有杂质),提出了改进措施及生产运行中的注意事项。并就如何保证调节汽阀长期稳定运行,从运行操作控制、巡检、和检修等方面进行了阐述,为汽轮机的长周期稳定运行提供了参考。 The structure and characteristic of regulating steam valve of the domestic steam turbine in ethylene unit were introduced , the jam reasons was analyzed briefly.The jam reasons were analyzed in combination with the actual working condition.The jam reasons included stem of the regulating steam valve was bending , oil circuit was jamming , surface of the pilot valve had impurity.The improvement measures and the matters needing attention in processing were proposed.Several aspects of operation control , inspection and maintenance were introduced to insure the long-term stable operation of regulating steam valve , which provided a reference for the long term stable operation of the steam turbine .
