摘要
针对目前各高校制药工程专业本科生培养普遍重理论轻实践弊端,为提高制药工程专业本科生创新能力、增强学生就业竞争力,在三、四年级本科生中进行了高效液相色谱、气相色谱、气质/液质联用等常用检测手段的培训实践。探讨了选材标准、培训安排、培训成果等,结合本单位近几年的实践情况及实施效果,总结了培养高素质制药工程专业本科生的发展建议及方向。
In order to improve the innovation ability and employment competitiveness of the pharmaceutical engineering undergraduates , the training projects such as HPLC , GC, GC/HPLC-MS were carried out in the senior grade students.The talent selection standard , training arrangement and achievement were discussed.Developmental Direction of culturing High-quality talent of pharmaceutical engineering was summarized.
