摘要
针对某新型剁锉机的主轴转速过快或者过慢会带来产品缺陷的问题,提出一种剁锉机主轴转速分析方法。基于剁锉机工作原理,得到主轴转速对剁齿效果的影响,通过建立数学模型,分别计算出主轴转速在过快和过慢这2种临界点的转速。计算结果表明:当主轴转速满足376 r/min≤n≤1 636 r/min条件时,该剁锉机才能处于最好的工作状态。
According to the problems causing the spindle speed of a new file chopping machine, being too fast or too slow, leading to product defects, put forward an analysis method of spindle speed of file cutting machine. Based on the principle of work, get the influence of spindle speed on the chopping effect. In building a mathematical model we have calculated the two critical speeds of the spindle speed. The calculation results indicates that when the spindle speed meets the n=376-1 636r/min, the file chopping machine is in the best working condition.
