10世纪拜占廷皇帝土地立法中的农本思想

摘要 10世纪的拜占廷皇帝进行了一系列的土地立法,竭力遏制"拥有权势者"对小农土地的侵蚀,保护小农经济的根基,体现出务实的农本思想。几位皇帝的立法着眼于保护"农村社区"的完整性,重农而不抑工商,带有浓重的军事色彩,融入了深厚的基督教理念,具有鲜明的时代特色。
