粘弹性阻尼材料对叶片固有特性的影响

摘要 利用粘弹性阻尼材料可以改变叶片的固有特性,进而在某种程度上可以改善叶片的抗振动疲劳能力。本文针对具有频率依赖性的粘弹性材料,采用有限元软件ANSYS应用模态应变能法对带有粘弹性材料的叶片进行模态分析,对比涂层厚度对叶片固有特性的影响。结果表明,粘弹性涂层的厚度对叶片固有特性的影响较小。 Viscoelastic damping materials substrate are effective to change the natural characteristics of a compressor blade so that to improve the anti-vibration fatigue capability.In this paper, the finite element method based modal analysis is achieved to investigate the contributions of viscoelastic damping materials on the natural characteristics of a compressor blade. Different coating thickness are compared with each other by the numerical results of the natural frequencies and modal vibration patterns of the composite blade. The obtained results show that the viscoelastic damping materials with different thickness have an important role in the natural characteristics of the blade.
