钛合金精锻棒材的质量控制和参数优化

摘要 本文结合skk-14精锻机的特点,分析了精锻过程中钛合金棒材的质量影响因素,介绍了精锻棒材常见的缺陷及预防措施。并以TC4合金棒材为例,简要介绍了精锻优化工艺参数。对今后钛及钛合金精锻棒材工艺的改进具有借鉴作用。 In this paper, quility control and radial forging parameters optimization are carried out to investigate the effects on the quality of titanium alloy bars through SKK-14 forging machine. Common forging defects are summarized in this work and the corresponding solutions are provided depending on the experimental results. It can be concluded that defect-free forging bars with uniform equiaxed microstructures and smooth surface can be obtained if the process parameters such as the forging temperature and pass deformation are well controlled.. That will has a certain reference of titanium and titanium alloy bars by radial forging.
