摘要
针对高桩码头梁构件碳纤维加固效果的问题,结合桥梁静载试验验证的理念,对高桩码头引桥碳纤维加固前后进行静载试验,通过比较碳纤维加固前后的位移、应力值,获得碳纤维加固前后承载能力提高情况,同时了解碳纤维加固后梁结构是否满足设计要求。通过静载试验结果分析可知:高桩码头梁构件碳纤维加固效果良好,可以推广使用。
Aiming at the problem of the reinforcement effect of the carbon fiber on the beam of long-piled wharf, we present the static test of the approach bridge of long piles wharf before and after the reinforcement of carbon fiber with the concept of bridge static test. The improvement of bearing capacity of the wharf with the reinforcement of the carbon fiber is obtained by comparisons of the settlements and stresses before and after the reinforcement. In the meanwhile, it is also examined whether the beam structure satisfies the design requirements or not. The analyses of the test results reveal that the strengthening effect of carbon fiber on the beams of long piled wharf is significant and the method can be spread.
