基于协同创新理念的教育技术学专业实践教学体系研究 被引量:7

摘要 实践教学环节是应用型人才培养的关键环节.内江师范学院教育技术学专业依据学校转型发展和地方人才需求,对该专业实践教学体系进行了基于协同理念的改革与实践,目前存任的问题是:实践教学与理论教学结合不够好,实践教学内容与课时不足,校内实践与校外实训内容缺少融合性等,认为实践教学休系的构建原则是一个目标、两条主线、三个维度、四个层次、五方协同,进而提出了具体措施:确立以高位就业和能力发展协同的教育技术学专业实践教学目标体系;在实践教学中采用"教、学、做、评"的"三做一问"协同实验教学方法:建立多功能的双师型教师队伍体系:搭建三级实践教学保障体系:构建四方面实践教学协同质量监控体系。 The link of the practice teaching is one of the key links in the process of training applied talents.On the basis of school transitional development and the local demand of talents,reform and practice on the practice teaching system are con-ducted on the basis of the collaborative concept and the problems are found to be the following:the integration of practice teaching and theoretic teaching being too poor;the content and class hours of practice teaching being too inadequate;poor fu-sion between campus practice and off-campus training and it is believed that the principle governing the construction of the practice teaching system is one obj ective,two cardinal lines,three dimensions,four layers and five-party collaboration.Con-crete measures are accordingly put forth:the establishment of the practice teaching goals system which lays emphasis on the collaboration of high-end employment and ability development;the adoption of collaborative practice teaching method———three dos and one question,which is concerted with the teaching,learning,doing and commenting———in the practice teaching;the construction of a multi-functional teaching staff;the building up of a three-stage guarantee system;and the set up of a four-party collaborative quality monitoring system.
