高职院校落实新体育《标准》制约因素与实施

The Constraints and Implementation of New Sports Norms in Higher Vocational Institutes

采用问卷调查、走访等研究方法,对工科类高职院校体育工作现状进行调查,分析认为落实《高等学校体育工作基本标准》的制约因素是:对体育工作的重视力度不够,课程开设存在诸多不足,课外体育与体育社团建设薄弱,师资与体育设施建设滞后。为此提出了高职院校落实新标准的实施策略:提高认识,加强管理;完善体质健康测试工作;调整课程设置;做好课外体育工作,加强体育社团建设;加强体育场地设施和师资的保障,旨在为工科类高职院校落实国家体育新标准提供参考。

By means ofquestioaires,interviews,a survey is made of the current status of sports teaching in higher voca-tional colleges and institutes of science and it is found the constraints faced with the implementation of“the Basic Standards for Sports Work in Higher Vocatioanal Colleges”are：inadequate emphasis on the sports work,the offer of sports courses being too few,inadequate extracurricular sports and weak construction of sports communities,the development of teaching staff and sports facilities being too backward.In view of this,strategies for the implementation of the New Norms are proposed：to en-hance the awareness and management;to improve the physical test;to adjust the offer of courses;to do a better job in extra-curricular sports;to intensify the construction of sports communities;to better guarantee sports grounds and teaching staff. All these are done to provide some reference for the implementation of the New Norms in the higher vocational institutes.
