校企合作下高职商务英语人才培养模式改革——以广州科技职业技术学院为例

The Reform of Higher Vocational Business English Talents Cultivation Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

根据行业及社会发展的需求,广州科技职业技术学院针对高职院校人才培养模式存在的问题和已有的相关成果及实践,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学过程、"订单式"培养、师资队伍等方面进行基于校企合作的商务英语专业人才培养模式改革与实践,并在实践中不断调整和完善,为商务英语专业的进一步发展打下坚实的基础。

Based on social demands and industrial development, current problems existing in cultivating talents, and its practice and achievements in higher vocational colleges, the college conducts the reform and practice of business English talents cultivation mode relying on college-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of talent training goal, curriculum system, teaching process, order training pattern and faculty development, etc. It continually adjusts and improves in the practice and lays a solid foundation for the further development of business English major.
