以广东工程职业技术学院教学质量监控和教学评价工作实践为依据,结合国内外高职院校教育教学监控与评价体系的构建理论与实践建设的相关经验,详细的分析了当前高职院校教学质量监控体系构建与发展中存在的问题及体系构建应遵循的原则,从而提出更为完整的质量监控和教学质量评价体系的基本框架,以推进高职院校系统化的发展。

Based on the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation working practice in Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic, combined with the relevant experience of construction theory and practical construction in domestic and foreign higher vocational education monitoring and evaluation system, it analyzed the current problems in the construction and the principles to follow, and put forward a more complete basic framework to promote the systematic development of higher vocational colleges.
