案例教学能够很好地调动学生学习的主动性,突出学生的主体地位;能够直观地呈现真实事件,便于学生的参与;能够在互动中答疑解惑,融洽师生的关系。精心挑选那些既贴近学生生活,又涵盖最多知识要点的典型案例是案例教学法成功的基础。让学生对所选案例角色,认真剖析解读,在探讨中掌握法律要点。适当调换角色,拓展知识的掌握角度。引导学生通过案例分析,总结归纳所学法律知识要点。培养学生独立思考,提高发现问题和解决问题能力,使学生在案例情境中收获法律知识,做到学法、知法、用法,以此普遍增强大学生法律意识。
Case teaching can arouse the initiative of students, highlight student's main body status; present real events directly, facilitate the participation of students; solve problems in the interaction, and harmonize relations between teachers and students. The key to successful case teaching is to carefully select the typical cases close to the student life, covering the most knowledge points. Let the students analyze the selected roles, grasp the key points of the law in the discussion, properly change roles, and expand the grasp of knowledge. The teaching method guides students to summarize the key legal knowledge point through the case analysis. It cultivates the ability to think independently, improves the ability to find and solve problems, in order to raise college student legal consciousness generally.
