高职院校心理健康教育课程改革探讨

The Exploration of Mental Health Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

自2001年教育部颁布《关于加强普通高等学校大学生心理健康教育工作的意见》以来,心理健康工作越来越受到高职院校的重视。针对"90后"为主的青年学生心理问题,必须给予更多的关注才能培养出身心健康的合格毕业生。心理健康教育课程是高职院校心理健康工作的重要组成部分,其教学方法如何改革才能发挥最大的功效,成为目前亟待解决的问题。

Since 2001, Ministry of Education promulgated ＂the opinion on strengthening college students＇ psychological health education work of common colleges and universities ＂, the mental health work has got more and more attention from higher vocational colleges. In view of the psychological problems of the ＂post 90 ＂young students, it must give more attention to cultivating qualified graduates with physical and mental health. Mental health education curriculum is an important part of higher vocational college mental health work, how to reform the teaching method and realize the biggest effect has become a problem to be solved at present.
