Higher vocational students are the backbone for the future development; their moral personality condition has an important impact on the social civilization and progress. From the social environment, family education, school education, traditional culture and the network environment, it analyses the influence of these factors on higher vocational student moral personality. Combined with advanced education idea and education practice it puts forward countermeasures to optimize the classroom teaching, give play to campus culture carrier, value the outstanding traditional culture inheritance, and strengthen the construction of network education. It also proposes environment education, moral education evaluation and the whole process education system to perfect student morality construction and the long-term mechanism to cultivate students＇ moral personality.
