摘要
高校青年教师专业发展包括教学能力发展、研究能力发展、服务社会能力发展。文章从教师主体因素、学校场域因素、社会场域因素三个方面探讨高校青年教师专业发展的限制因素,并基于此,分析探讨了高校构建"教师发展中心",以及在"教师发展中心"通过教育叙事方式促进高校青年教师专业发展的优势,提出了促进高校青年教师专业发展的建议。
University young teachers' professional development includes the development of teaching ability, research capacity and the capacity of social services. The paper studies factors limiting young teachers' professional development fi-om three aspects: teachers themselves, school field and social field. The paper advises universities to construct centers for teaching and learning development, analyzes the advantages of education narrative method to promote their professional development.
