以教师培训需求分析为研究背景,将数据挖掘技术应用到教师培训管理数据中,以SQL Server 2008作为数据库和数据挖掘工具,建立教师培训需求挖掘模型。将挖掘出来的知识与传统经验加以比较,结果表明具有一定的指导价值。

Under the background of the analysis of teachers＇ training needs, data mining technology is applied to teachers＇ training management, SQL Server 2008 is taken as the tool of database and data mining, teachers＇ training needs mining mode is established.
