Research on the Teaching Reform of the Financial Management Course in the Application Oriented Undergraduate Colleges

应用型高校需要培养直接能为区域发展和产业振兴服务的人才,培养生产服务一线的高层次技术技能人才,逐步实现人才培养和就业需求的无缝对接。财务管理课程是财会专业的一门专业核心课,理论性和实践性都很强。深入研究和探讨财务管理教学改革,是培养新型应用型理财人员的需要。文章从现行财务管理课程教学中尚存在的问题入手,明确了教学改革的出发点,提出了兴趣团队教学法、建立校外实习基地、强化实践教学等建议,期望能对财务管理教学提供帮助。

The application oriented undergraduate colleges need to foster talents who can directly serve for the rejuvenation of the regional development and industry,foster frontline high -level technical talents,and gradually realize seamless docking of the personnel training and the employment demand. Financial management course is a professional core course of accounting,the theory and the practicality are both very strong.Further research and discussion on the teaching reform of the financial management are necessary for the cultivation of new type financial application talents.This article begins with the existing problems in the current teaching of the financial management,makes the starting point of teaching reform clear,puts forward such proposals as the interest team,sets up off campus practice base,strengthens the practical teaching and is expected to help the teaching of the financial management course.
