On the Construction Strategy of Teaching Development Centers for Teachers in Gansu Local Colleges

教师教学发展中心作为促进教师专业发展与教学能力提升的重要组织机构,日益受到高校的重视。地方本科院校应在理清本校教师教学发展机构现状的基础上,积极借鉴国内外高校教师教学发展的成功经验,通过明确功能定位、突出服务重点,做好顶层设计、健全组织机构,建立专业化的研究队伍、促进教师教学发展中心专业化建设,关注教师职业生涯规划、促进教师教学发展等措施,努力做好教师教学发展中心建设工作。

Teacher’ s Teaching Development Center, an important institution to promote professional development and teaching ability of teachers,is receiving an increasing attention in universities.Based on the status clarification of institutions for teacher’ s teaching development in the colleges,local colleges should actively learn the successful experience of it from colleges and universities at home and abroad,make efforts to construct teaching development centers for teachers by the measures as clear functional orientation,service focus highlighting,good top-level desig-ning,organizations perfecting, professional research team establishing, improving the professional construction of teaching development centers for teachers,paying attention on teacher’ s career planning,promoting the teaching de-velopment for teachers,and so on.
