地方高等职业院校创办社区学院的办学模式探析

An Analysis of the Running Mode of Community Colleges Established by Higher Vocational Colleges

全国职业教育工作会议为高等职业院校创办社区学院指明了方向。社区学院的创办有利于凸显高等职业院校服务社区的功能,增强职业院校的办学活力。福州职业技术学院以政府为主体先后创办鼓楼和台江两个社区学院,属于政府主体型模式;广州城市职业学院依托学院力量创办广州社区学院,使社区学院成为高职院校服务社会的重要载体,属于学院主体型模式。两种模式均实现了高职院校的资源与社会共享,推动了高等职业院校的教育教学改革。

The National Vocational Education Meeting points out the direction of running mode of community colle-ges established by higher vocational colleges,in favor of distinguishing the community service function of higher vo-cational colleges and enhancing the vitality of vocational colleges.Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College estab-lished Gulou and Taijiang Community Colleges in succession dominated by the government,which belongs to govern-ment dominated mode;Guangzhou City Polytechnic established Guangzhou Community College relying on the re-sources of themselves so as to make community colleges become an important carrier of higher vocational colleges to serve the society,which belongs to college dominated mode.The above two modes realized the resources sharing of higher vocational colleges with the society,so as to promote the educational and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
