园林技术专业创业型人才培养模式研究

On the Training Mode of Entrepreneurial Talents of Landscape Technology Major

创业型人才培养模式是素质教育的一大体现,也是高校人才培养模式和社会需求良好对接的体现。基于我国创业型人才培养模式的现状,从"一大目标三大支柱"的人才培养方案、为创业教育服务的教学方式、以创业能力为导向的多元化考核模式三个方面完善了园林技术专业的创业型人才培养模式。

The training mode of entrepreneurial talents is a manifestation of quality education and a good combina-tion of university personnel training mode and social demand.Based on the current status of entrepreneurial talents cultivation in China,the paper perfects the training mode of entrepreneurial talents of Landscape Technology Major from three aspects,such as taking“one major goal and three pillars” as a plan of talents cultivation,serving for en-trepreneurial education as a teaching method,entrepreneurial ability as the orientation of multi-evaluation mode.
