川南烟区打顶方式对初烤烟叶产质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探索烤烟合理的群体结构,开展6种打顶方式对初烤烟叶产质量的影响研究。结果表明:在川南生态气候条件下,采用初花至盛花期打顶,留叶20~22片的打顶方式,与传统方法相比,初烤烟叶均价、上等烟比例、产值等经济性状均有较大幅度提高;烟叶外观质量变优;总糖含量增加27.8%,钾含量增加7.9%,烟碱含量减少20.46%,内在化学成分趋于协调;香气质变纯,香气量增加,使用价值提高。 To explore the reasonable tobacco group structure, effects of six topping modes on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the topping mode on early flowering or full flowering period and 20~22 leaves were optimal under southern Sichuan ecoclimatic. Compared with the traditional method ,the economic properties of flue-cured tobacco of optimization mode such as average price ,the proportion of superior, output value were greatly improved;appearance quality was better;total sugar content increased by 27.8% ,potassium content increased by 7.9%, nicotine content decreased by 20.46% ,intrinsic chemical compositions were to coordinate;the aroma quality got purer,aroma quantity became more. and the use value increased.
