应用电导率法及Logistic方程测定6种观赏海棠的抗寒性 被引量:9

Measurement of Cold Tolerance in Six Ornamental Crabapple Based on Electrical Conductivity Method Combining with Logistic Equation

摘要 以包头地区引种的6个观赏海棠品种一年生休眠枝为试材,采用电导率法研究低温胁迫下6种观赏海棠电解质外渗的变化,并利用Logistic方程对变化曲线进行拟合,分别计算各海棠的半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明:引进的6个观赏海棠品种的抗寒性有显著差异,相对电导率随着处理温度的降低呈"S"形上升,拟合出Logistic方程拐点对应的温度即为半致死温度,各海棠品种抗寒性强弱顺序为:红宝石>珍珠>亚当>西府海棠>钻石>绚丽,半致死温度分别为-29.99、-26.59、-24.51、-22.26、-21.04、-17.71℃。 Taking one-year-old dormant branches of six introduced ornamental crabapple in Baotou as test materials,electrical conductivity method was used to determine the change of relative electric conductivity of six cultivars ornamental crabapple under the condition of low temperature, and Logistic equation was used to fit it and then calculate their respective semi-lethal temperature(LT50). The result showed that the cold tolerance had significant differences in six cultivars ornamental crabapple.The relative electric conductivity of six eultivars ornamental crabapple increased as a S- curves with the decrease of temperature, and the S-curves inflection point temperature. From these, the cold tolerance (from strong to weak ) were as following:Hong Baoshi〉Zhen zhu〉Ya dang〉Xi fuhaitang〉Zuan shi〉Xuan li. The corresponding semi-lethal temperature was -29.99 ℃,-26.59 ℃ ,- 24.51 ℃,-22.26℃ ,-21.04 ℃ and -17.71 ℃ ,respectively.
