手机成瘾对大学课堂的影响及对策探析——基于商洛学院大学生手机使用状况的调查研究

Analysis on the Effects and Countermeasures of Mobile Phone Addiction in University Class——Based on Investigation of College Students' Cell Phone Use in Shangluo University

采用问卷调查为主,个案访谈为辅的研究方法 ,使用分层随机抽样的样本数据分析商洛学院大学生手机的使用,特别着眼于大学课堂中手机的使用时间、习惯、目的、动机等情况。力图通过调查大学生手机使用的状况讨论手机成瘾对大学课堂的影响,并在此基础上讨论如何降低手机使用对大学生的负面影响,培养大学生良好行为习惯。重点探讨手机成瘾对大学课堂的影响程度、形成原因、应对策略等问题,积极建构大学生健康的手机使用模式,引导大学生形成良好学习氛围。

Questionnaires as well as case interviews are mainly used in this paper to analyze college students＇ mobile phone use in Shangluo University through the way of stratified random sample data, especially from the time, the habit and the purpose they use mobile phone in university class. By investigating the status of the college students＇ cell-phone use, the authors try to explore the effect of students＇ mobile phone addiction in class time, and further discuss how to reduce the negative effect of mobile phone use, and how to cultivate college students＇ good study habits. The problems of cell phone addiction of university students is especially discussed from the aspects of the influence degree, forming reasons, and coping strategies in order to guide them to form a healthy mobile phone use habits, and cultivate a good learning atmosphere.
