摘要
在唐山港曹妃甸港区煤码头二期工程地连墙等地下工程成槽施工中,采用地下苦咸水代替淡水搅拌成泥浆护壁,泥浆配比中掺加纯碱,降低苦咸水中Ca2+和Mg2+离子含量,进行盐水的软化,同时增加泥浆的p H值,解决苦咸水搅拌泥浆出现泥水分层严重的问题,保证施工质量,降低工程成本。
The technology of brackish water taking place of fresh water is put into use forsupport fluid project in the process of grooving construction work of diaphragm wall in thePhase II, Caofeidian port area, Tangshan Port Meanwhile, soda ash is added to cut down theconcentration of Ca2+,Mg2+ ion, soften the salty water and raise the pH level of fluid.Furthermore, construction quality is guaranteed and construction cost is reduced.
