摘要
对舟山某港区卸船机进行现场结构应力检测和数据采集,结合设备的实际使用情况,按照线性累积损伤理论及派生出的寿命估算公式,对设备主要结构的安全使用期限进行推算,并提出相应的处理措施,为设备后续运行提供理论支持。
The detection of structure stress of operating unloader and data collectionare analyzed under the conditions of the service to actual usage. The main part's servicelife of machine is calculated by means of linear cumulative damage theory and relatedformula. Some related effective measures are put forward and theoretical support isprovided for the subsequent operation.
