摘要
针对港口纸浆装卸作业存在的瓶颈问题,对制约操作效率提高的因素进行分析。建立新型仓库纸浆装卸工艺模式,合理选择起重设备和装卸工属具,规划设计专用仓库结构,使用优化的装卸工艺方法,加快纸浆卸船转运速度,提升仓库储运能力,降低碳排放。
Some restriction factors of operation effectiveness are analyzed to detect the bottlenecks of pulp loading and unloading in the port. At the same time, a new mode of pulp loading and unloading process in the warehouse is taken into use. Moreover, lifting equipment and handling tools are selected reasonably, special warehouse is planned and handling technology is optimized, for the purpose of improving transfer rate, widening warehouse capability and reducing carbon emission.
