To remove the problems on effective monitoring and management ofindustrial control network in actual work, the network monitoring and managementsystem are designed, which can record and control monitoring network state in real-time.The real-time monitoring of the interaction between the management network and thecontrol network are realized. With the running of the system, the equipment failure inthe network is recorded accurately and timely, troubleshooting time is reduced, andproduction efficiency is improved greatly.
