敬业内涵与敬业精神培养——社会主义核心价值体系的视点

The Training of Connotation and Professional Dedication:from the Perspective of the Socialist core value system

"敬业"是社会主义价值观的重要范畴,目前被上升到了国家的意志来推广,成为人生观、价值观教育的重要内容。但人们在日常生活中,没有深入理解和弄通"敬业"的内涵,以致如何做到"敬业"往往变成遥远。笔者在梳理"敬业"的内涵的基础上,提出了在"敬业"实践上应当通过保护求知的欲望、明确"业"的职责以及播种爱的种子三个途径来培养敬业的精神。

The word ＂dedication＂ is an important category of socialist core values, and has become an important element of Outlook on life and values education. But the connotation of ＂dedication＂ has not been fully emphasized and understood. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of ＂dedication＂, this present paper proposes that the practice of ＂dedication＂ should train the spirit of devotion.
