摘要 西部少数民族人口众多,少数民族地区幅员辽阔,各少数民族鲜明的民族个性、传统的风俗习惯、浓厚的宗教文化等无不使当地基础教育德育教学表现出其独特性。因西部民族地区基础教育中传统教育方式占主导地位,以及忽视了当地德育的民族性、地方性,德育教学有效性有待提高,通过改善办学条件,优化育人环境;坚持民族地区的民族性和地方性,丰富学校德育教学形式与内容等途径以期能提高西部民族地区基础教育德育教学的有效性。 The western ethnic area in China is vast in territory with a large population. The basic edu- cation in this area is unique in ethnic cultures and traditional customs. Due to the traditional mode of basic education in western ethnic areas is dominated, and the neglect of the factor in nationalities and locations, , the effectiveness of moral education teaching needs to be improved, by improving the conditions of running schools to optimize the education environment; by adhering to the national and local ethnic minority areas to enrich the school moral education teaching form and content and other ways in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in the west ethnic area basic education teaching.
