摘要
本文从理论与实践角度,阐明了现代粮油加工企业生产经营管理良性运作的通用方法与前提条件。指出了健全组织、明确职责、理顺关系和完善流程是现代粮油企业运作的必要环节。
General method and precondition of production operating management healthy operation of moderu oil processing enterprise were expounded from theory and practice. Sound organizational structure, clear rules, smoother relations and perfect processes were considered to be one of necessary part of modern oil enterprise operation.
