食管癌的精确放疗研究 被引量：2

摘要 食管癌为当今世界上恶性肿瘤之一，其在影像诊断和多种模式的综合治疗（包括手术、放疗、化疗）方面取得了很大的进步，但食管癌的预后仍普遍较差。文献［1，2］报道食管癌的可切除率60％～90％，可手术病例的年总生存率仅为10％～25％。
