玻璃体切割术与白内障形成和视网膜疾病的关系
摘要
玻璃体占眼球体积的80％，是一种非常特殊的细胞外基质，其含水量在98％～99．7％［1］。玻璃体除了透过光线和对晶状体、视网膜周围结构的支持和减震等作用外，对晶状体和视网膜的代谢有支持和补充作用，因此维持玻璃体正常的结构和生理状态对维持晶状体和视网膜的正常代谢具有重要的〈br〉 作用和意义。玻璃体切除割术后会引起邻近组织晶状体和视网膜的生理生化的一系列改变，简要综述如下。
