基于核电的广西电网多类型电源互补调峰策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究2015年广西防城港核电投产后广西电网多类型电源互补调峰策略。针对2015年起广西电网水、火、核、气、风、光电源新结构及云电入桂规划,从广西电网电源调峰运行现状和发展规划出发,分析各类型电源调峰性能及参与调峰的必要性,开展广西电网"十三五"期间电力电量平衡分析,分析结果显示:丰、平来水年下2016—2020年汛期广西电网低谷调峰均出现阶段性困难,需启动火电投油稳燃深度调峰及核电稳定降出力参与调峰。综合多因素提出广西电网丰、枯期及春节等特殊时期多类型电源互补调峰策略。广西电网中低负荷水平、季节性水电集中、峰谷差日趋增大、核电汛期开机占比偏大等特殊运行特性,决定了广西电网水、火、核、气、风、光多电源互补调峰运行方式的必要性。 The complementary peak load regulation strategy of multi type power sources in Guangxi power grid is studied after the Guangxi Fangchenggang nuclear power put into operation in 2015. Aiming at the new power sources structure of hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, gas power, wind power and photovohaie powersince 2015 and the planning of electric power transmissionfrom Yunnan to Guangxi, and proceeding from the status of power sourcespeak load regulation operation and development planning in Gnangxi power grid, peak load regulation performances of every kind of power sources and their necessity ofparticipating in the peak load regulation are analyzed, and the electric power and energy balance in Guangxi power grid during the 13th five-year plan is analyzed.The analysis results show that stage difficulties will occur in low load peak regulation during flood seasons from 2016 to 2020 under abundant and normal water condition years in Gnangxi power grid, and the thermal power deep regulation by oil stable-combustion and nuclear power regulation by stable output drop are needed. By considering comprehensive multi factors, a complementary peak regulation strategy of multi type power sources during wet and dry seasons and special periods such as the Spring Festival is proposed.The necessity of complementary peak regulation operation mode of multi type power sources including hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, gas power, wind power and photovoltaic power is determined by special operation characteristics of Guangxi power grid including the lower load level, the concentration of seasonal hydropower generation, the increasing peak valley difference and the larger generator starting proportion of nuclear power during water season.
