摘要
分析节点边际电价与电动汽车接入水平和电动汽车负荷波动之间的关系。建立了含电动汽车负荷场景的系统节点边际电价市场出清模型,电动汽车负荷采用结合ARIMA模型的场景生成技术和基于概率距离的场景简化技术进行仿真,以接入电动汽车负荷场景的RTS24节点系统为算例,求解电动汽车负荷接入后对边际电价的影响。电动汽车负荷接入后,随着电动汽车场景的变化,边际电价也呈现了相应一致的变化趋势;随着电动汽车负荷量的增加,边际电价的波动性增大。含电动汽车负荷场景的边际电价市场出清模型,为系统接入电动汽车负荷节点边际电价的分析提供了一种分析方法。
The relationship between the node marginal price and the interconnection level and load fluctuation of electric vehicle is analyzed. The system node marginal price market-clearing price model with the electric vehicle scenesis established. The electric vehicle load is simulated by using the ARIMA model based scene generation technology and the probability distance based scene simplified technology. The RTS24 node system with the electric vehicle load scene was taken as an example to solve the influence of the connection of electric vehicleload to the node marginal price.After the connection of electric vehicleload, the marginal price shows the corresponding consistent changing trend along with changing of electric vehiclescene. The volatility of the marginal price increasesalong with the increasing of electric vehicle load. The node marginal price market-clearing price model with the electric vehicle scenes provides an analysis method for the analysis of the node marginal price of systematicalconnection of electric vehicleload.
