威马逊台风下大量配电线路电杆倾倒和断裂的原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 分析在威马逊台风下大量架空配电线路电杆倾倒、断裂的原因。对常用配电线路电杆的抗风能力及最小埋深的抗倾覆能力进行计算分析,发现常用配电线路电杆的抗风能力和在通常埋深的抗倾覆能力均偏低。电杆强度低、电杆埋深不足是造成架空配电线路电杆在威马逊台风下大量断裂、倾倒的直接原因,而配电线路设计力量薄弱,设计规程、设计图集存在缺陷是在台风下大量电杆断裂、倾倒的根本原因。提出了制定适用于架空配电线路结构设计和基础设计的规程等建议。 Reason of the dumping and fracture of large number of distribution line poles during Rammasun typhoon is analyzed. The wind resistance ability and the anti-overturning ability under minimum buried deep of commonused distribution line poles are calculated and analyzed. It is found that the wind resistance ability and the anti-overturning ability under normal buried deep of commonused distribution line poles are lower.The low strength of pole and the insufficient buried deep of pole are direct reasons of the dumpin~ and fracture of large number of distribution line poles during Rammasun typhoon.Suggestions on making guides of structure design and fundamental design which is suitable to the overhead distribution line are proposed.
