摘要 针对室外配电箱内易受潮的问题以及无法在线监测箱内温湿度数值的现状,研究一种适用于室外配电箱的防凝露装置,实现对箱内温湿度的在线监测。结合半导体制冷技术以及无线通信技术,按照系统设计功能,对防凝露装置的软、硬件进行设计。通过试验证明,该装置设计合理,在体积为0.225 m3左右的封闭空间中能起到良好的除湿效果。防凝露装置具有体积小、除湿效率高、组网便捷、通信可靠性高等特点,应用前景广阔。 Aiming at problem of outdoor distribution box inside which is easily affected with damp and the status that temperature and humidity values inside the box cannot be online monitored, an anti-condensation device suitable for the outdoor distribution box is studied, which realized the online monitoring of temperature and humidity values inside the box. The software and hardware of the anticondensation device are designed by system design function combing with the semiconductor refrigeration technology and the wireless communication technology. It is proved by tests that the design of the device is reasonable,and has better dehumidification effect in a closed space with about 0.225 m3 volumes.The anti-condensation device has characteristics of small size, high efficiency of dehumidification, convenient networking and high reliability of communication, which has broad application prospects.
