摘要 介绍选择性非催化还原(Selective Non-catalytic Reduction,SNCR)与选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)联合脱硝技术在罗定电厂的应用经验。阐述了SNCR+SCR脱硝技术原理、主要运行方式及其参数控制,分析锅炉采用该技术改造后在实际应用中存在的问题。通过运行参数控制、技术改造等措施,解决了反应器温度偏高、稀释水中断、尿素溶液杂质多、氨逃逸超标等问题,保证了脱硝系统的安全、可靠运行,实现了烟气的达标排放目标。 The application experiences of the Selective Non-catalytic Reduction (SNCR) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) combined denitrification technology in Luoding power plant are introduced. The principle, main operation mode and its parameters control of the SNCR + SCRcombined denitrification technology are introduce.Problems in the actual application of boiler which is modified by using the technology are analyzed. Problems such as high temperature of reactor, interruption of dilution water, too many impurities in urea solution, over standard of ammonia escape and so on are solved by measures such as the operation parameterscontrol and technical modification and so on, which guarantees the secure and reliable operation of denitrification system and achieves the target of standard emissionof flue gas.
