TiO_2-ZrO_2复合膜的溶胶-凝胶法制备及光催化性能研究

摘要 为进一步提高TiO2的光催化性能,克服TiO2使用过程中存在的缺陷,通过溶胶-凝胶法与提拉法,成功地制备出TiO2-Zr O2无机复合膜,并对其进行了红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、断面扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、透射率分析以及光催化性能分析。结果表明,TiO2-Zr O2无机复合膜在光学性能、机械性能以及光催化性能上均优于TiO2无机膜。 To enhance t he photocatalytic performance of TiO2,and overcome the defects existed in the process of use,the TiO2-Zr O2 inorganic composite film has been successfully prepared by the sol-gel method. The results of FT-IR,SEM,transmittance analysis and photocatalytic performance analysis indicate that the TiO2-Zr O2 composite film is superior to TiO2 inorganic film in optical performance,mechanical property and photocatalytic performance.
