摘要
从高校图书馆的职能和服务特性的角度,分析了数字时代高校图书馆对外开放的可行性,探讨了高校图书馆对外服务的模式,指出高校图书馆充分利用自身优势条件以及先进技术设备提供公共服务是大势所趋,各馆应根据自身发展特征适当、部分开放。
From the angles of university library＇ s functions and service features, this paper analyzes the feasibility of university library＇ s open service in digital age, probes into the mode of university library＇ s open service, and points out that providing the public service by university library through making full use of its advantages and advanced technology equipment is an irresistible trend, and each library should appropriately and partially open according to their own development characteristics.
