摘要
以CSCD数据库湖南高校科研人员2009—2013年的论文为样本,从网络引文的角度,研究了网络学术资源的可获取性以及提高网络学术资源可获取性的方法。
Taking the papers written by scientific researchers in Hunan universities in the period of 2009-2013 and collected in CSCD as the samples, and from the view of Web citation, this paper studies the availability of Web academic resources and the methods for improving the availability of Web academic resources.
